How much does delivery cost?

Pricing depends on the distance and size of your package. We don't have hidden fees. What we quote is what you pay. Use our fee calculator on this page for an estimate, or send us a WhatsApp message and we'll give you an exact price.

What areas in Lagos do you cover?

We cover all of Lagos, Mainland, Island, and everywhere in between. Ikeja, Lekki, VI, Surulere, Yaba, Ajah, Ikorodu, you name it. Not sure about your area? Just ask and we'll confirm.

Can I get same-day delivery?

Yes. Book before 12pm and we'll deliver the same day. After 12pm, it goes out the next business day. We'll always confirm the pickup time with you when the booking is placed.

How do I track my package?

You'll get updates via WhatsApp once your package is picked up and again when it's delivered. You can also track your order live using the tracking link we send you, or log in to your dashboard if you have a business account.

What if my package gets damaged or lost?

All deliveries are insured. If something goes wrong, reach out to our support team within 24 hours and we'll sort it out. We take full accountability for every package we carry.

Do you deliver on weekends?

Yes, we deliver seven days a week including Saturdays and Sundays. Weekend rates may vary slightly but we'll always confirm the price before you lock in the booking.

Do you have anything for businesses that ship regularly?

Yes. We have a business dashboard where you can manage all your deliveries, track orders in real-time, build a customer list, and top up delivery credits to pay for orders. If you ship in volume, reach out about our business membership plans. We offer discounted rates for regular clients.
